Tasting note: A deep golden colour, from its time spent in contact with the grape skins.  Caramel on the nose, spicy on the palate with bold exotic citrus finish.  It has rich & complex flavours of pepper & honey, with a fresh full finish.  Lovely to drink on its own. 

Food Match: Pairs with Salmon & Oily Fish, Creamy Soups & sauces & dishes,Pork Schnitzel, Goulash with a touch of spicy Asian dishes flavours
