Liliac Nectar of Transylvania

Made using Muscat Ottonel grapes in Romania, under the guidance of Willi Opitz, using his own invention – the Schilfwein method, Schilfwein is made from grapes air-dried on reeds,  and placed on racks.

This gold-yellow wine opens with very intense aromas of Lychee, candied fruits, Papaya and Honey, and has a pleasant, rich, sweet finish – irresistibly delicious.   Ideal with creamy and fruit desserts – Crêpes Suzette, Panna Cotta, Fruit Tart
