Ordering By Phone

Shop Telephone Number: 01524 874406
Your call will be answered by owner Barry Howarth or a member of our shop team.   Shop opening hours are 11am to 7.30pm Tuesday to Saturday, 11am to 4pm Sunday. Closed Monday. Outside these hours you can place an order on our website or leave your telephone number on our ansaphone and we will call you back, when we are back in the shop.

Ordering Online

Buying online is quick, easy and secure. We will keep in touch, when required by telephone or email. Free local delivery is available in the Lancaster area.  National delivery £9.95 up to 20kg, along with Collect from our store option, where we will have it ready for you.

Ordering In Person

You can place an order at our shop for free local delivery within the Lancaster area dependant on Postcode. (T & C apply).  And for national delivery £9.95

Delivery & Returns

By placing an order on our website you confirm that you are at least 18 years old. We reserve the right not to deliver if we are unsure of this.

Payment

You can pay online via debit card, Visa, American Express and MasterCard.  Payment via PayPal is accepted for online orders only.

Queries or Complaints

Should you have a query regarding delivery or faulty wines, please telephone on 01524 874406 or contact us online.

Cancellation of Orders

If you would like to cancel an order you have made on our website, please contact us as soon as possible, either via the contact form on our website or telephone on 01524 874406.
